LOSS OF COMPUTER SYSTEMS 16th APRIL 2019
We currently have no access to our system network and phone system which is currently down in Preston. Our IT system are on to this as an urgent matter.
However, this means we have no access to patients records. We will be unable to perform any routine work, including ordering of routing prescriptions, booking appointments and results. All appointments will be conducted without access to medical records so we may not be able to deal with your query if you are due to see the Practice Nurse or GP.
Please only request prescriptions that are required urgently.
Please limit contact to the surgery - only urgent matters please.
Please bear with us whilst our IT networking team try to resolve the issue.
Thank you for your patience
* Tuesday 16th April from 1pm- for CCG led training.
* Friday 19th April - Full day - Good Friday
* Monday 23rd April - Full day - Easter Monday
WELCOME TO PARK VIEW SURGERY
Our aim is to provide a caring, comprehensive and high quality service with a modern approach to traditional General Practice. We work hard to ensure that patients receive the care we would wish for ourselves and our families.
Park View Surgery is a long established surgery in the city of Preston, within five minutes’ walk of the city centre and opposite Avenham Park.
Our GPs, Practice Nurses and support staff are all committed to providing a high quality primary care service, working with you to maintain and improve your health.
We are a well-regarded training practice and have GP Registrars and other Doctors working with us.
Our website is designed to help you get the best out of the services we provide. It also includes a section with health information and leaflets for patients. We hope you find our website helpful, informative and easy to use.
For easy wheelchair access there is a ramp at the front entrance. Appointments are available downstairs if needed.
We are keen to continuously develop the practice and the services we provide and we welcome your feedback.
