Welcome to the Park View Surgery website

Park View Surgery is a long established surgery with a central location in Preston, opposite Avenham Park.

We provide a full range of Personal Medical Services for our patients. We have three GPs, two  Nurses, two Health Care Assistants and an attached team which includes District Nurses, Health Visitors, Midwifes and Counsellors. From time to time, we also have Medical Students training at the Practice. reception1

Our website is designed to help you get the best out of the services we provide. It also includes a section with health information and leaflets for patients. We hope you find our website helpful, informative and easy to use.

For easy wheelchair access there is a ramp at the front entrance. Appointments are available downstairs if needed. 

We are always keen to improve our service, so if you have any advice or suggestions please let us know.

We are keen to continously develop the practice and the services we provide and we would welcome your feedback.

Out of Hours
For medical advice out of the surgery’s hours, phone NHS Direct on 0845 4647 OR if you need to see a Doctor, please phone The Preston Primary Care Centre on 01772 788058.

Test Results
Results usually take at least five working days to come through. Please telephone or call in at reception after 11.00am for any results. In order to maintain confidentiality, results can only be given to patients themselves or parents of minors

Appointments
You can make an appointment in person at reception or by telephoning the surgery on 01772 258474. Our standard appointment time is 10 MINUTES.
